Frequently Asked Questions

What certifications do your partner factories hold?

Our partner factories hold standard international certifications, including GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) for organic processing, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for chemical safety, BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), and social compliance audits like BSCI, Sedex, and WRAP.

How do you ensure child safety compliance for kidswear?

We verify chemical limits (lead, phthalates, formaldehyde, azo-dyes) and flammability parameters to meet CPSIA (US) and EN 71 (EU) regulations. We perform tensile pull-testing (90N minimum) on all snaps, buttons, and trims, and mandate 100% inline conveyor metal detection for all orders.

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?

Typical MOQs are 1,500 units per style for babywear, 2,000 units per colorway for circular knits, and 1,500 units per wash style for denim. We work with brands to optimize order matrices.

What is your prototype and production lead time?

We deliver finished, compliance-reviewed proto samples in 14 days. Circular knit and babywear production typically takes 60-75 days, while volume denim and structured wovens take 75-90 days from final sample approval.

Where are your manufacturing hubs located?

Our circular knitwear and organic babywear are sourced primarily from Tirupur and Delhi NCR, India. Children's denim is centered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Structured wovens and outerwear are sourced from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

How do you handle quality control and audits?

We maintain full-time local quality control (QC) teams in Mumbai, Tirupur, Dhaka, and Vietnam. We perform inline inspections during cutting and sewing, and a final pre-shipment audit matching AQL 2.5 standards.
