Fresh-Craft provides children's clothing sourcing, factory coordination, GOTS organic compliance monitoring, safety certification management (CPSIA, EN 71), quality control, and logistics management services.
When submitting sourcing briefs or technical specification packages (tech packs), you warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all intellectual property (IP), designs, patterns, and logos included.
While Fresh-Craft coordinates third-party testing with accredited laboratories (such as SGS, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas) to verify compliance with international regulations (CPSIA, EN 71, REACH), final regulatory approval and retail clearance remain the responsibility of the brand or importer of record.
In no event shall Fresh-Craft, its officers, or its partner factories be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our sourcing services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
